We will handle the preparation and submission of all required permits. Throughout this process, the project manager will collaborate closely with the client, offering suggestions and finalizing design decisions while ensuring the budget remains on track. Once construction begins, the project manager will be on-site to oversee each phase and respond to any client inquiries. In the event of any unexpected challenges, we will immediately notify the client and work together to find creative solutions that align with their vision and expectations.
